Becoming Worthy of Total Confidence

Perhaps one of the most liberating experiences in life is that of discovering that problems we thought were ours are actually someone else’s. So much of life is lost when, having been told that we are people that we are not, we try to live up to a false image and identity given to us by others.

This workshop, based on a specially-written Suggestopedic parable, will propose ways of sifting away what is unreal and developing authenticity, in order to become a grounded and credible reference point, worthy of total confidence - both a lighthouse and haven of safety for others.
