Postal Vocabulary Recap

Have the students read the section At the Post Office to where Alan spots Paul.

Ask them to find:

• the longest word (with the biggest number of letters)
• the word with the most syllables
• the most surprising new word in that section
• the most useful single word or expression to be used in a post office
• the most difficult new word to be remembered the following day
• all the verbs that are irregular
