Exchange Office Transactions - 2 of 2

Transitional Lead-In:

"You know, exchange offices are private companies and as such can offer whatever rates they want to, to their customers.

This means, that if you have five exchange offices next to each other, they could all offer you different rates for the same currency.

And it's even more complicated, because one office might be good for changing Euros but terrible for changing dollars and the next office might be the opposite.

Now, all the people who were exchange office clerks before are tourists now and all of the people who were tourists before are exchange office clerks, now.

BUT, this time, each exchange office gives different rates and the customers complain or negotiate a better deal."

You distribute, to each exchange clerk, one of the following exchange rate tables, plus the original one used previously, such that you have six different exchange-rate tables, one for each exchange office.
