The conference was a wow, quite the most friendly and smoothly-running of any I've been at in the last 10 years - thanks to SEAL's Director Robert Gillan, managers Susan Norman and Hugh L'Estrange, and the remarkably helpful attitude which pervaded the University of Warwick.
