Phil Shapiro works as a freelance writer and educational technology consultant. Along with playing guitar, his hobbies include surfing the web, building web pages, meeting other creative persons, helping others learn about computers, eating chocolate, answering email.
He lives in Washington DC and is currently working as a part-time technology consultant to the District of Columbia public libraries.
