The objective of the CNS is to get trainers together to develop new eduational methods, in particular those relating to suggestopedia.
We changed our name; originally Conseil National de Suggéstopedie, CNS now stands for Conseil pour de Nouvelles Stratégies d'apprentissage - The Council for New Learning Strategies: our big aim is always to promote suggestopedia, but we want to be open as well to other "new" pedagogical approaches. We tried and tried but it is very hard to give a re-birth to suggestopedia in France. We have organised workshops and presentations about the suggestopedic approach and had no or nearly no echo.
Recently we decided to focus our energy on our website. Every month one of the members will be responsible for the reactualisation of our website, which at the moment has these sections:
