Join us on a journey of discovery in the artists' colony
of the High Coast.
In the book "Utsikt mot konstkusten" (View of the Artists'
Coast - only available in Swedish at the moment) we've
organised a personal meeting between yourself and nine
artists. They are simple meetings, yet still they are
unique, with people who all have the capacity to capture and
picture reality, both the visible and the invisible.
You'll meet: Martin Jonsson, Olle Gustafsson, Saara
Harju, Bertil Ågren, Birgitta Nenzén,
Örjan Östlund, Margareta Petré, Christer
Carlstedt och Gunnar Erkner.
Photographer Gunn Samuelsson (seated) and author Marie
Buhr have, as free-lance photographer and journalist, made a
number of features together in central Norrland. This is the
first time they have put together in-depth interviews and
portraits in book-form.
