31st March 2009: the second batch of four fonts was uploaded to MyFonts.com - after a block of more than two years ;-)
Two were drawn by Rick Bradley:
- Ashbourne 1241, from a Derbyshire gravestone bearing that date
- Rick's Relaxed Hand, an alternative to his more-formal Fine Hand and Bible Script
and two wre produced by David
- Chiswick Illuminated Caps, a reworking of the Lombardic ideal, here separated so that they can be given different colours on different layers
- David's Roundhand, a classic mediaeval style here with two kinds of capitals - Lombardic and round
These 'posters', made by David, will be shown as slide-shows - one for each font - at MyFonts.com: you can click here or on the left to see them at full size.
