In the font pop-up (left) , there is a TT symbol clearly visible beside each True Type font.

In the size menu, the bitmap font (Small Fonts, below) is shown available only at a few sizes, though nothing stops me from writing in a different number, if I want that effect for some reason; while the TrueType font (Lucida Handwriting, right) shows a wide range of available sizes, and also accepts anything else I type in.
