Distinguishing different kinds

You can tell a bitmap font from a TrueType font in at least four ways:

- click on an icon for a pop-up example

			Win fonts on the Mac desktop
a programme's type menu may show them differently
at the system level, the icons look different
at the system level, the names are different on the Mac
at the system level, the samples look different
