Dr. Marshall B. Rosenberg is founder and director of educational services for the Centre for Non-violent Communication, an international non-profit organization.
He provides Non-violent Communication training to promote reconciliation and peaceful resolution of differences in Europe, Asia, Africa, Canada, and the United States.

Non-violent Communication: A Language of the Heart (Plenary)
Practical and proven in daily life around the world, Non-violent Communication is a reliable language for being heard, hearing others, clearly and confidently expressing our needs and dreams, and for working through conflict with compassion and success. It is a language of empathy and honesty, and is sometimes described as "the language of the heart".
In this presentation of the Marshall Rosenberg will introduce us to the basic concepts and vision of NVC.
